– Attend sessions in a private, quiet, and safe environment.

– Not record or share session audio/video without our written consent.

4. Fees, payments, and cancellations

– Fees are as listed on our website or booking page.

– Payment is usually due at the time of booking or as per the agreed package.

– If you cancel a session less than [e.g., 24] hours in advance, you may be charged a cancellation fee or forfeit that session.

– No refunds are provided for completed sessions, unless there is a clear technical failure on our side.

All payments are processed via secure payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay), and you are responsible for any applicable transaction fees or GST shown at checkout.

Online therapy cannot guarantee specific outcomes; progress depends on individual factors.

We are not liable for technical issues arising from your internet connection or device.

If you are in a crisis or feel at risk of harming yourself or others, you must contact emergency services immediately. We may also need to break confidentiality in serious‑risk situations.

6. Intellectual property and content

Materials shared during sessions (handouts, worksheets) are for your personal use only and may not be distributed or sold without our permission.

7. Termination of access

We may suspend or terminate your access to services if you repeatedly misuse the platform, show aggressive behaviour, or violate these terms.

8. Law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
